1.Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the USA. All orders are processed quickly, and we aim to get your items to you as fast as possible.
2. How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking link. You can also check your order status from your Martzar account.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and most major credit/debit cards.
5. What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for most items. If you’re not satisfied, contact us and we’ll guide you through the return process.
6. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
No worries! Just email us at support@martzar.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.
7. Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to cancel or update it. Contact us immediately after placing your order.
